In der schwarzen Ausführung ist der Kratzstamm London eine schlichte Kratzsäule für Katzen auf einer quadratischen Bodenplatte. Der breite, 80 cm hohe Pfosten mit 19 cm Durchmesser ist mit Sisal-Teppich verkleidet. Die Katze kann daran kratzen und sich strecken, ohne dass ein großer Kratzbaum nötig ist. Bei 56 x 56 cm Grundfläche ist der Stamm für kleine Räume gedacht.
