The European Commission discontinued its online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) with effect from 20 July 2025. Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, on which it was based, has been repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; a reference to the ODR platform is therefore no longer given.

If you have any questions or complaints about a purchase, please contact the seller first; you will find the seller’s address and email address in the company’s mandatory information, in the order confirmation and on the invoice. Consumer arbitration (§ 36 VSBG)
MiG UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Whether another seller on tolisto.shop participates in such proceedings can be found in that seller’s mandatory information.
