Billy ist ein kompakter Kratzstamm für junge Kätzchen und ist 40 cm hoch. Der Stamm hat einen Durchmesser von 75 mm und ist komplett mit Sisal umwickelt. Die runde Bodenplatte und die Stammkappe sind mit weichem Plüsch bezogen. Ein Spielball mit Glöckchen hängt an einer Schnur und animiert die Katze, den Kratzstamm zu benutzen.
