Die dreieckige Kratzpappe besteht aus Wellpappe und bietet in der Mitte eine Kratzfläche, die in einen Rahmen eingesetzt ist. Im Zwischenraum zwischen Kratzfläche und Rand laufen zwei Spielbälle aus Kunststoff, die die Katze mit der Pfote bewegen kann. Catnip liegt bei, um das Interesse der Katze an der Kratzfläche zu wecken. Mit ca. 36 × 5 × 36/36 cm ist die Pappe flach und kann auf den Boden gelegt werden. Der Rahmen hat eine graue Oberfläche mit Wellenmuster.
