Der Pflegekamm hat abwechselnd kurze und lange Zinken und ist für die Pflege von Deckhaar und Unterwolle gedacht. Die Zinken sind abgerundet, damit die Haut beim Kämmen geschont wird. Der Griff ist aus Kunststoff und hat eine rutschfeste Gummieinlage. Er lässt sich bei Kurzhaar, Langhaar, Lockhaar, Zotthaar und Rauhaar verwenden.
