Laut Hersteller besteht es zu 100 % aus natürlichen und verdaulichen Materialien, sodass Knabbern unbedenklich ist. Das Haus hat ein seitliches Einschlupfloch und oben eine Schlaufe zum Aufhängen. Der Durchmesser beträgt etwa 10 cm.
