## Profil

A TINY HOUSE? WHAT EXACTLY IS THAT?

Literally a "tiny house". A real little house, in our case made of wood, built on a trailer so that it can be towed from A to B when needed. So actually something like a caravan, just beautiful! Originally an American invention, tiny houses are now becoming increasingly popular in Europe too. And for good reason: they look great, are mobile and offer a unique feeling of home and way of life. They are also extremely versatile: whether as a residence, office, guest house or holiday home – anything
is possible!

A tiny house is the perfect retreat in the countryside, a guaranteed eye-catcher on any campsite and by far the most original holiday home in town. Tiny House Manufaktur sprang from the minds of Michael Heller and Christian Weiß. We plan and develop tiny houses to customer specifications. If you have any questions, please contact us at the following email address: info@tiny-house-manufaktur.de

For us, quality takes precedence over everything else. Creating perfect harmony and putting it all into practice in a masterly way – that is what Tiny House Manufaktur stands for!

AT HOME OUTDOORS

Simply escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, retreat into nature and take a moment to pause. Who doesn't need that every now and then?

A tiny house is the perfect place to relax in peace and recharge your batteries. A cosy place for everyone who loves and appreciates the special things. Whether as a holiday home, office or main residence, a tiny house connects you with nature, lets you experience it more intensely and brings the realisation that less really is more.

ECOLOGICAL CONSTRUCTION

We build our tiny houses with local timber from sustainable forestry. Wherever possible, we use solvent-free paints and natural wood wax. We make no compromises on insulation either: 80mm of wood wool provides good insulation and a pleasant indoor climate. However, you can also choose other natural insulation materials such as hemp, flax or sheep's wool. It's entirely up to you! We make components such as windows, doors and furniture ourselves; any work we cannot do ourselves is contracted out to craft businesses from the region.

WAYS OF USING IT

There are many different ways to use your tiny house. Whether as a main residence, office, holiday home or guest house. A place for community or a cosy nest as a retreat in nature. Your own personal home in any place you can think of. A tiny house is also an asset for businesses. Do you run a campsite or a guest house, a riding stable or another leisure facility?

Treat your guests to a very special place to stay. Mobile and therefore easy to arrange as you wish, fitted out according to your ideas, from simple and rustic to luxurious and one-of-a-kind. A unique selling point that every guest will remember fondly! A tiny house can do all this and much more! DESIGN Do you have your own ideas about design and interior fittings? Get in touch with us!

We put your wishes and ideas into practice and show you what is possible. A sleeping loft or rather a high ceiling? A bathroom or a large, open-plan room? Mono-pitch, gable or hipped roof? There are many variants and solutions for your personal project. There are, however, a few restrictions: when it comes to the weight and external dimensions of our tiny houses, we are bound by road traffic regulations. It must not weigh more than 3500kg, and we must not exceed the maximum height of 4
metres.

Create your dream with us!

We don't just build tiny houses...... we impress with sustainable, ecological construction and craftsmanship. The careful selection of the materials used, attention to detail and the harmonious, precise realisation of your dream are the foundations of Tiny House Manufaktur.

For example, we have developed our own method of attaching the tiny house to the trailer. This is done by means of an intermediate frame and the use of extremely resilient ball tilting bearings f…
